About Me
I am a multimedia writer with a focus on writing diverse, interesting works.I have bachelor's degrees in Theatre and Asian Studies from St. Olaf College in Northfield, with special focus towards playwriting and East Asian literature. Though the brunt of my energy goes to storytelling and writing, I am also an actor and improvisor. I hope to use this somewhat odd background to create and share art unique to my experiences and talents. Currently living in Chicago and creating Spectrepunk, among other works.
I want to write stories that inspire. Somewhere inside of me, there are characters and worlds that need to be released into the world, to be shown to kids as reflections of themselves. I firmly believe that representation makes a difference, which I why I strive to create characters knowing that there's always the potential that someone could see their face, their story, on stage for the first time.
